RLIMS VISITED NAGA MILLS LIMITED
On 10th November 2011 final year students of RLIMS along with 2 faculties visited the NAGA MILLS LIMITED, Dindigul. The Area Sales Manager shared his experience regarding how they captured the market, sales strategies and ways to convince the customer. The PRODUCTION HEAD, Mr.Nagendran interacted with students regarding global sourcing of latest technologies, attain the best quality, reduction of waste and answered the queries raised by the students. The HR Manager gave a brief explanation about opportunities for MBA in NAGA MILLS LTD, monetary benefits like bonus, performance incentives, etc, and answered the queries raised by the students. And finally students visited the plants to know the production process.
