* a. Caution Deposit will be refunded on completion of the course after a deduction
of Rs. 250/= per year as maintenance Charge. Students are advised to open a bank account in their names as refund of caution deposit will be made in their names only.
Dress Code for Boys & Girls: Boys: Shirt Full sleeves - Sky blue / Pant - Ash grey with Black Shoe Girls: (churidar) Top - Ash grey / Bottom & Shawl - Ivory with Black Cut Shoe.
If a student leaves in the middle of the programme, he / she is required to remit the fee for the concerned year for obtaining their certificates.
Any value addition course will be charged extra which will be intimated to the students / parents from time to time..
All fees (Except Mess Advance & Bakery Facility) shall be paid in the form of D.D. only, drawn in favour of "R.L. Institute of Management Studies" payable at Madurai and to be paid only at the institute office.
For Mess Advance, a separate D.D should be taken in favour of "Annuggraha Food Supplies Pvt Ltd. payable at Madurai.Students who want to avail the "Bakery Facility" at Cake Walk (Optional and not compulsory) are instructed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- per semester along with Mess Advance in favour of "Annuggraha Food Supplies Pvt Ltd. (Rs.10,000 + Rs.2,000). However, there is no cash transaction towards Bakery Sales.
Mess charges are collected on dividing system and adjusted in the Mess advance every month.
Delay in payment of fees will attract fines. (See College Rules / College Calendar).
The fine will be collected based on the date of receipt of DD at our office (not based on the date of D.D.) and the students who are defaulters should pay the respective fine amount for the delay along with the payment of installment fees.
The students who are not paying the fine amount along with the fees will not be permitted to attend the classes.
Fees once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
LATE FEE AND FINE
If a student fails to pay the fee on or before the last dates, a fine will be collected as follows:
Installment 1st 2nd & 4th 3rd Last date to pay without fine At the time of admission September 30 April 30 Last date to pay with fine ----------------- October 1 to 15 Rs.250/- May 1 to 15 Rs.250/-
Mess advance should be paid by hostellers on the due dates for all terms.
Any excess amount in Mess advance will be refunded.
*o. Caution Deposit (Hostel) will be refunded on completion of the course, after a deduction of Rs.250 per year as maintenance charge.
No adjustments will be made in payments.
