PAYMENT OF APPLCIATION PROCESSING FEE

ON LINE FEES PAYMENT FACILITY (EASY PAY)

The college has made a provision for payment of Application Processing Fee of Rs.300 through transfer of funds from Parent’s / Applicant’s Bank account to college’s bank account through the National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) facility.

Procedure for Remittance of Application Fee

I. If you have a bank account in any bank:

Please enquire with your bank branch whether they offer the facility of money transfer through NEFT facility.

2.

Fill in the NEFT application form (available with the Bank) and ensure that all the details are correctly filled- in and the form is complete in all respects. (Maximum Bank Charges Rs.25 only)

Get the ‘Unique Transaction Receipt (UTR) Number ’ that will be generated by your banker after the transaction is over (if your banker advices you to come later to get the Unique Transaction Receipt (UTR) Number , ensure that you go and get it without fail, as you cannot submit your application without the Unique Transaction Receipt (UTR) Number )

If the bank where you have an account does not have the facility to send NEFT remittance, please take a demand draft for Rs.300/- in the name of 'Subbalakshmi Lakshmipathy College of Science payable at Madurai, (your application cannot be submitted without the DD No. in your Main Application form) and do not forget to mention your Name, Application number and Mobile No. at the back of the Demand Draft to be sent to the following address:

FILL IN ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

Ensure that you fill-in the payment Unique Transaction Receipt (UTR) Number obtained from the bank / DD No. in the appropriate box correctly. (Please note without Unique Transaction Receipt (UTR) Number / DD no., your application form cannot be submitted)

Upon your successful submission of On-Line Application, College will enable your Login ID and Password. This can be checked within 24 Hours through the Candidate's Login Page.

Upon confirmation of receipt ofApplication Form you can take up online test.

The last date of submission of online application form is June, 10, 2010.

ON-LINE TEST

With login ID and password obtained from the college, you can take up On-Line Test. The test consists of 3 parts:
	Part I – English Part II – General Knowledge Part III – your core subject (Hotel Management & Catering Science/ IT/CS/ Animation/B.Com) depending on your choice of course.
Each part will have 10 questions and the total duration of the test is 45 minutes.
You will have three chances and in case of your failure to get through in the first attempt, two more chances will be given. However no additional attempt will be given if you are successful in any attempt.
First attempt is to be made within 30 days from date of receipt of confirmation of application form. If first attempt is not made within 30 days, you have to make fresh application by paying application processing fee of Rs. 300/-
The last date for making second and third attempt is June 15, 2010
Completion of On-Line test leads you to Phase II

SUBMISSION OF MARKS

After you get the result of your qualifying examination (+2/HSC / Degree examination, as applicable), fill in Annexure I to the On-Line Application Form.

The attested photocopy of the following documents is to be sent to the College for verification purpose:

(a) 10th mark sheet.
(b) +2/HSC mark sheet.
(c) Community Certificate (if applicable).
(d) Conduct Certificate.
(e) Transfer Certificate.
(f) Mark Sheet / Degree Certificate of qualifying examination (For PG Course only)

These above documents should have "Application number" filled at the top right corner.

On verification of eligibility criteria, you will be given a provisional selection for admission.

FINAL ADMISSION

Final admission is given after:

1. Payment of I Semester fee through (Last Date: 30th June'2010)

• NEFT facility as done earlier for remittance of application fee
	or
• Demand Draft drawn in favour of ' Subbalakshmi Lakshmipathy College of Science' payable at Madurai

2. Submission of original certificates to the college at the time of joining
